Role Overview:

In this leadership position, you will be responsible for managing the strategic direction of a team of 100 data professionals. The role involves a key focus on embodying best practices and fostering a robust data culture within the offshore location. Based in the London office, this position offers a hybrid work model (3 days a week).

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Reporting: Enhance and optimize data reporting capabilities for timely and accurate insights.
• Data Quality: Establish and maintain robust data quality frameworks to uphold the highest standards.
• Data Integrity: Implement and oversee effective data governance practices to safeguard data integrity.

Experience:

• Proven experience managing offshore teams of 40+ individuals.
• Extensive background in Data Operations within a financial services setting.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving operational excellence.
• Demonstrated success in a hypergrowth environment.
