Head of E-Commerce (Amazon & D2C)

Central London (2/3 days a week in the office)
Salary £75k - £90k (dependent upon experience)

MKJ Ignite are delighted to be working with a rapidly scaling Health & Wellness challenger brand. The business has doubled in size for the last 2 years, they’re entering into more and more retailers and they’re also launching Internationally this year too. Now is the time for them to start focusing and investing more in E-Commerce, so they’re looking to hire a Head of E-Commerce to drive online sales forwards (D2C & Amazon).
What skills do you need to have to be considered?

• A minimum of 6 years E-Commerce experience for an FMCG challenger brand (ideally for a subscription business).
• Experience working for a challenger brand/start-up (£2m - £10m) is absolutely critical, candidates without this experience unfortunately will NOT be considered.
• Extremely strong D2C & Amazon E-Commerce experience is crucial (the business trades on Vendor & Seller Central).
• Strong customer acquisition experience (Meta & TikTok advertising) is very important.
• Although this role is a relatively senior position, you will NOT have any direct reports initially and very little agency support. This is a very hands on role, candidates MUST demonstrate experience of being able to operate in this way.
• European/International experience is desirable, though not essential.
