Responsibilities
- Work with the Global Head of Marketing and the US business to create, refine and implement the firm’s marketing strategy in Europe.
- Build and enhance the firm’s brand and market position through different channels including PR, Digital, Internal Comms, Events, Content & Product Marketing.
- Manage a small London-based team with a player/coach mentality to coordinate the development and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Utilise KPIs to measure success and analyse results in order to make strategic recommendations and influence senior stakeholders within the business.
- Work collaboratively with the US Marketing team to plan and launch creative campaigns with an understanding of how to market in various countries across EMEA.
Requirements
- 10+ years of international marketing experience with a proven track record driving growth through innovative campaigns across EMEA.
- Prior experience of developing a marketing strategy and ensuring success through measurement of KPI metrics.
- Asset management experience is essential although prior private markets coverage is not necessary.
- Strong understanding of institutional client segment.
- Assertive leader who is able to empower staff and influence senior stakeholders to drive change and growth.
