The Opportunity:
Employee Brand Communications is a fast-paced, distributed team responsible for internal communications centered around amplifying the narrative and vision of Adobe’s business, purpose, and award-winning employee experience. We are a forward-thinking team of communicators who are passionate about storytelling through the lens of our employees.

We are seeking a new Head of Employee Brand Communications, EMEA, who will wake up every day, laser-focused on delivering a communications strategy that will help our employees feel a meaningful connection between their impact and our purpose, priorities, and products, fostering a strong sense of belonging and pride.
This highly visible leadership role will partner closely with EMEA leadership and the broader Global Corporate Communications & Employee Brand team. They will develop integrated employee communications strategies and program plans, including messaging, thought leadership, innovative communication assets, and more. The ideal candidate will have a history of impactful employee communications experience and thrive in a dynamic environment that requires a strong point-of-view and a deep understanding of the multi-jurisdictional complexity of the EMEA landscape.
We stand at a pivotal moment in Adobe’s history that’s been 40 years in the making. As a leader in the Employee Brand Communications team, this role will have a unique opportunity to help build the next chapter of Adobe’s culture by bringing our values to life for our people.
What You'll Do:
Employee Communications Strategy : Be responsible for the vision, development, and execution of communication programs in partnership with cross-functional teams across EMEA. Work with the wider Global Employee Brand Communications team to drive an always-on internal communications rhythm.
Partner Management : Serve as a trusted internal communications advisor to key business leaders and other key partners in EMEA including Employee Experience (HR), Legal, and Finance. Coordinate with various external-facing teams (Talent Marketing, PR, social, product marketing), locally and globally, to further amplify our Adobe story to our employees. Ability to influence and inspire change across the company in a significant way.
Thought Leadership : Drive consistency in all regional messaging, advancing Adobe's global corporate narrative to inspire and inform local employees regarding our purpose, products, policies, and employee experience.
Compelling Storytelling : inspire through authentic, relevant, and timely content.
Innovative and engaging communication assets : amplify this content via crisp, effective, high-quality assets including email, internal community social channel posts (Slack/Microsoft Teams), long and short form copy for our intranet, in-person and hybrid events, podcasts, videos, animations, and more.
Practices & Processes: Build best-in-class communications practices and processes that will drive efficiencies in how Adobe’s EMEA Employee Brand Communications team operates.
What you need to succeed:
Executive presence and shown ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Ability to move between strategy and execution easily.
Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in articulating complex and nuanced issues internally, related to compensation, benefits, and employee relations across this multi-jurisdictional region.
Experience supporting businesses in EMEA jurisdictions with employee representative bodies such as Works Councils.
Experience and passion for rapid response and crisis communications.
Expertise in both traditional and emerging media and channels.
Innovative thinking, not afraid to take risks and push Adobe in new directions.
Exceptional communication capabilities, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate nuanced issues, strategies, and briefs clearly.
Inherent curiosity, with an appetite for an exciting opportunity on a fun, collaborative team.
