Position Overview:
As the Head of Engineering for our greenfield project, you will play a pivotal role in leading and shaping the technical direction of our new venture. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing engineering team, driving innovation, and delivering robust and scalable solutions from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead the engineering vision and strategy for the greenfield project, aligning it with the overall objectives and ensuring its integration into the retail company's ecosystem.
- Recruit, build, and mentor a top-tier engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Architect and develop the technical infrastructure, selecting appropriate technologies and frameworks to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of the greenfield project.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and business stakeholders, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive the development of software applications, platforms, and systems, leveraging best practices in software engineering, DevOps, and agile methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills:
