As Head of ES Service Solutions, you will lead on the future of this area to meet the developing needs of those working for the NHS.
Responsible for detailed engagement with Tier 1 & Tier 2 customers, either directly or in conjunction with the Sales Team, gaining an in depth knowledge of our customer’s strategy, objectives and challenges is key! By developing deep relationships and demonstrating the value of the services provided, you will focus on seeing new opportunities to create services and products, adding new value to the client base with innovative and relevant solutions. Your expertise will be pivotal in providing an approach for current and new solutions, problem solving how our products can resolve client challenges, refining processes, developing service descriptions and coaching the wider relevant teams.
You'll play a key role in progressing and growing our portfolio, working with the internal leadership team in developing and implementing a robust tactical plan supporting client engagement and growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • Identifying how existing services can be bettered, supporting customer objectives in line with the growth strategy.
  • Creating and leading the plan to see the overall solution development from concept to delivery, collaborating with wider SBS teams
  • Working in partnership with internal partners to allow them to sell to the existing and potential customers where relevant
  • Crafting & maintaining expertise in ES products/services, supporting face to face client meetings at single provider & ICS level
  • Introducing and continuously developing the value proposition for new and existing clients, supporting customers in building cases for new services and solutions
  • Developing the ES value proposition in comparison to competitor service models to demonstrate the value delivered
  • Building and maintaining a technical awareness of client’s current service models, with a knowledge of how clients consume services against the best practice standards
  • Conceptualising service descriptions & process maps, with a continuous improvement approach

What you’ll bring:

  •  Experience in a senior customer engagement role
  • Commercial and financial expertise
  • Deep knowledge of HR and workforce landscape
  • Able to work without supervision.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to build rapport with a multitude of collaborators

It would be great if you had:

  •  Experience within the NHS
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce

Salary: circa £80,000 per annum, depending upon experience and development needs
Benefits: £6,600 car allowance, 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, private medical (couple), life assurance, pension, and generous flexible benefits fund
