What you'll be doing:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the EUS2 Team, handling critical issues and priorities
- Lead and take part in projects, tackling technical issues on-site
- Identify and implement service improvement opportunities for desktop and laptop systems
What you’ll bring:
- Windows 10, Microsoft applications, Office 2016, SharePoint 2016, and Outlook 2016 with ease
- Familiarity with Thin Client environments, SCCM, Procmon, VMWare, LAN/WAN technologies, and systems management tools
- Experience developing a team in a complex IT support environment
It would be good to have:
- ITIL v3/v4 Foundation, showcasing your commitment to standard methodologies
