What you'll be doing:
- Lead and participate in projects focusing on Technical issues on the site
- Recognise and develop service improvements opportunities
- Make sure desktop and laptop systems are built and configured to corporate specifications
- Fully verse team with the policies and procedures
- Carry out the day to day management of the EUS2 Team dealing with escalations and priorities
- Technical coaching/training to team members
What you will bring
- Proven experience managing a team n a complex IT support environment
- ITIL v3/v4 Foundation
- Windows 10 and Microsoft applications, Office 2016, SharePoint 2016 and Outlook 2016
- Understanding of Thin Client environments
- Knowledge of SCCM, Procmon and VMWare
- Good understanding of LAN/WAN technologies, systems management and monitoring tools
- SC Cleared or eligible prepared to go to DV

- Device encryption Bitlocker
- Experience of secure remote access
- ITIL
