SalarySearch are proudly partnering a PE backed distribution/retail organisation based in Leeds looking to hire a Head of Finance.
Reporting to the MD and supported by a small but high performing Finance team, the successful candidate will assist on key strategic projects alongside overseeing day-to-day financial operations ensuring there is a robust controls environment.
The Head of Finance will also play a vital role in delivering the next phase of growth.
Responsibilities:
- All financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, monthly and annual reporting.
- Commercial decision support for UK sales & marketing
- Collaborate with the leadership team to proactively drive business results through better quality management information
- Ownership of the Year End process
- Proactive development of processes and systems to add value.
- Proactive commercial analysis to support growth.
In order to be considered for the role you must be:
- Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
- Distribution/Retail industry experience
- Proven track record in process improvement
- Commercial decision support experience
Salary:
- £60,000 - £65,000 + £7,200 Car Allowance
- Strong bonus
