Head of Finance - VC-backed Tech business

We are excited to be partnering with a VC-backed Tech business who are looking to bring on an exceptional Head of Finance who will partner directly with the CEO to drive the company’s strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity where you will be a part of a small executive team and interact with all levels of the organization. You will oversee the day-to-day financial management of the business, further develop the finance function, systems, and processes, and direct the accounting operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve internal financial control policies, systems, and processes
• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Drive the company’s financial planning, including cash flow and P&L, and reporting systems to monitor performance vs budget.
• Attend regular board meetings
• Manage the audit process

Requirements

• 6+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
• Experience implementing and improving finance systems and processes in-house
• High growth and/or SaaS experience
