Role Responsibilities:
- Take the lead in the Food & Nutrition department, overseeing curriculum development and delivery for Key Stages 3 to 5.
- Inspire and mentor a team of dedicated educators in the field of culinary arts.
- Cultivate a culture of gastronomic excellence, innovation, and holistic development within the department.
- Contribute actively to the school's vision, collaborating with fellow department heads.
Requirements:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Demonstrate substantial experience in teaching Food & Nutrition at Key Stages 3 to 5.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
