The Role
You will play a critical role in supporting the organisation's rapid growth by providing effective analysis and foresight. Reporting to the Finance Director and managing a small expert team, you will lead the organisation's financial planning by delivering annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and financial engagement with stakeholders. You will optimise systems to develop impactful and insightful dashboards and reports, support various divisions to plan investment scenarios and model income, and drive improvements in the end to end financial planning process.
The Successful Candidate
- Qualified accountant with demonstrable experience in FP&A and business partnering within professional services, consulting and/or contract income sectors.
- Excellent technical skillset with confidence in long term scenario planning and financial modelling across P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflows.
- Systems minded with the ability to capture the power of technology to create impactful visuals, dashboards and insights for a variety of audiences.
- Confident and personable stakeholder with the ability command the respect and work effectively with C-Suite stakeholders as well as a good manager and mentor.
What's on Offer?
Basic salary c.£90,000+ pending experience.
