Head of Group Reporting | Preston | up to £80k | 12 month FTC | Hybrid
Marks Sattin are delighted to be recruiting for a Head of Group Reporting for a fast paced multinational organisation.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial controls, maintaining adherence to Group Reporting policies, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The individual will be the primary point of contact for financial audits, responsible for meeting deadlines and managing a dedicated team.
Responsibilities:

• Ensure financial controls align with Group Reporting policies.
• Maintain and enhance financial controls to optimise efficiency.
• Guarantee compliance with laws and regulations in all financial activities.
• Act as the lead contact for all financial audits, ensuring a smooth and thorough process.
• Meet deadlines for various financial reporting requirements.
• Oversee the timely completion of statutory accounts.

About you:

• ACA, ACCA, or ACMA qualification is essential.
• Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in Group Reporting.
• Strong technical skills, including a comprehensive understanding of IFRS.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in managing and motivating a team.
