Full Time - 37.5 hours Permanent Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Hotel Services Operations to join our London Bridge Hospital campus, rated as 'outstanding' by the CQC. The London Bridge Hospital campus in South East London encompasses an outpatients and diagnostic centre in The Shard; the large world-class hospital based at the Tooley Street site; Private Care at Guys, which is on the top four floors of Guys Hospital Cancer Centre; and outpatient and diagnostic centres across the City.
This a fantastic opportunity for someone with high end customer experience training, who can help ensure our teams are providing a first-class patient experience.
Your role as a Head of Hotel Services Operations you will manage multiple teams of excellent front of house, catering, housekeeping, security and portering services to the hospital, continually aiming to exceed customer expectations across multiple buildings.
You will feedback incentives to the Senior Managers on how we can grow and retain our teams and ensure the patient experience of everyone coming into our premises, is always positive and our teams first focus.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and have responsibility for all Hotel Services budgets
- Ensure the use of corporate contracts working with external contractors to ensure smooth running of the site
- Facilitate professional and personal development of managers and supervisors
- Recruitment and selection of senior staff
- Manage patient satisfaction results for the hospital, setting up action plans with relevant stakeholders
