Strand Palace is looking for a Guest Experience Agent to provide exceptional guest service and ensure a memorable stay for all guests.

 What You Will Be Doing 

  • Provide a warm & friendly welcome to all guests in a professional manner.
  • Be fully knowledgeable with the facilities, services and special promotions offered by the hotel and pass this information on to guests to maximize hotel sales.
  • Assist reception at peak times with check-in and check-out and other reception-related task.
  • Act as a lobby host, which includes proactively engaging with guests, trying to anticipate their needs, breaking reception queues, and managing the flow of guests in the hotel's public areas.
  • Be proactive , and aware of local events and travel disruptions in the area, assist guests with directions and other requests
  • Respond to the Guest Services email inbox and assist guests online.
