SalaryIn this pivotal role, you will be the linchpin ensuring the seamless operation of existing HR systems while a new HR and payroll system is implemented. Leading the team that configures and provides second-line support for HR systems, you will collaborate with the programme team to integrate the new system smoothly, advanced use of business intelligence tools such as Cognos. Furthermore, your leadership will extend to the Division’s reporting and analytics team, overseeing statutory and non-statutory returns to various bodies. Your strategic guidance will be crucial in prioritising requests for new functionalities and implementing them to meet the HR Division's needs efficiently. You must have higher education experience.
