About the Role: As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping both our clients operational and strategic agendas. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving food manufacturing business on the rise, where growth is not just a goal but a reality. In this role, you'll navigate through ambiguity with ease, juggling conflicting priorities while building robust stakeholder relationships and implementing forward-thinking strategies and systems for long-term success.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Partnering with leaders and managers to understand business needs and deliver effective HR plans and interventions
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of the people strategy
- Managing ER issues in line with company values and risk management practices
- Coaching and supporting line managers with grievances, disciplinary actions, and restructurings
- Reviewing and updating internal policies and communicating changes to stakeholders
- Championing equality, inclusion, and diversity within the organization
What We're Looking For:
- Candidates comfortable working in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in developing HR strategies and future-proofing HR systems
- Ability to manage multiple ER cases, from day-to-day to complex
- Strong influencing skills and relationship management at all levels
- CIPD qualification desirable
- Passion for driving employee engagement and fostering a positive organizational culture
