Our client is a renowned entity in the life sciences industry, with private equity backing and locations throughout Europe and the United States. The business is already at manufacturing stage. The business currently has circa 100 employees in the UK with plans to increase that in 2024 to circa 150.
Description
The HR Business Partner will be a balance of strategic and operational bias. The role will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner and will have a close relationship to the CEO and the board. Given the size of the business this role will also need to be hands-on as it is a sole charge role without admin support.
Profile
A successful 'HR Business Partner' should a proven HR professional, ideally from a manufacturing background that is looking to join a business that is growing.
