Age UK Sutton is looking for an experienced manager to lead their Integrated Health team as the Head of Integrated Health Services. This role is responsible for running our hospital discharge, dementia and mental health service for older people in Sutton.

You will champion the services and be responsible for their ongoing development and delivery, ensuring contractual requirements are met whilst supporting the team to deliver services to a high standard.

The job requires creativity, perseverance, patience, organisation, resilience and positivity. Excellent people skills are essential, as we’re looking for someone who has the ability to lead a team as well as developing connections with key stakeholders.

This will be a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and lead an amazing team of staff and volunteers in delivering key services to people living with complex health problems. Most importantly, you will be making a valuable difference to people living in Sutton and influencing the future development of support for older people.
