This role is fully office based.

Description

The role of Head ofShared Services is a fast-paced and challenging role, you will take full responsibility for a large team of HR professionals.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Overall strategic leadership of a large team, ensure service delivery is maintained to a high standard and SLAs/KPIs are met
• Continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the team
• Work with the Leadership within the organisation to develop and implement HR strategy
• Build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationship around the organisation to ensure the HR services are first class

Profile

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background within a similar HR leadership role.
