Job Description
A Head of HR to:
- Lead the HR function
- Lead and manage a small team
- Oversee the full employee life cycle including recruitment, policy updates, L&D, performance management
- Design and implement the HR strategy
- Lead on any required change programs from design through to implementation
- Lead on any HR projects: TBC
- Provide the wider organisation with performance management and upskiling capability
- Potentially lead on a culture transformation
- Other priorities and responsibilities to be discussed
The Successful Applicant
A Head of HR with:
- Experience working in an education organisation desirable
- Not-for-profit experience essential
- Experience of leading a HR function desirable
