Head of IAM

My client, an exciting Financial Services organisation, has a unique opportunity for an experienced IAM professional to step into a Head of role to provide strategic direction and leadership for the IAM function. This is a role where you will take ownership of the function and will enable you to implement technologies and processes of your choice.
In this role you will report directly into the Global Head of IAM and you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, manage day to day operations of systems, ensure compliance with regulations, provide regular reporting, and lead a team of high calibre professionals, amongst other responsibilities.
To be successful with your application you must in depth knowledge of IAM technologies including access control, previously managed IAM projects, a strong understanding of regulations, and led a function in a prior/current role.
