Head of Internal Communications & Events - FTSE 100 Entertainment Business - £90,000-£100,000 DOE - London - Hybrid

I have partnered exclusively with a FTSE 100 Global Entertainment company looking to recruit a newly created Head of Internal Communications & Events into their Brand & Marketing division to communicate strategic goals and foster effective dialogue between senior leaders and employees.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and delivery of effective Internal Communications across the business and its entities, both nationally and internationally. You will report directly to the Brand & Marketing Director, and will directly manage a team of 4 within London, as well as 3 indirect reports based overseas. This role will be around 70% Internal Communications, and 30% events, where you will be responsible for strengthening the internal brand image & reputation, ensuring complex messages are disseminated and reachable to a variety of audiences worldwide through delivering campaigns, internal events & leadership communications. You will work closely with c-suite stakeholders across the group, with key relationships with the Brand & Marketing Director, and the Chief People Officer.
What you\'ll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience at \'Head of\' level within a global, matrix organisation, where you have managed at least 3 direct reports. You will need to have a proven track record working with and building trusted relationships with senior leaders of large matrix organisation and be able to get stuck in to both the strategy and delivery of the Internal Communications plan. Prior experience / strong management skills are a must as you will be managing a team of 4+, as well as collaborating with a wider team.
