About the role 

As the Head of Internal Communications Partnering, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our narrative and driving meaningful impact. You will lead a team of experienced Internal Communications business partners and report into the Director of Internal Communications.

You will be responsible for:

• Identifying, overseeing, and implementing compelling Internal Communications plans and messages aligned with our strategy and values.
• Supporting
• Providing strategic communications counsel to senior leaders and colleagues, building trust and credibility across the organisation, and helping to grow stakeholders' communications skills.
• Strengthening our understanding of global audiences, ensuring our content resonates across cultures and supports our employee value proposition.
• Helping to create a cohesive and impactful Internal Communications function.

About you
