My client, a leader in luxury products for high spec interiors, are looking for a new Head of Internal Sales to join their team. As Head of Internal Sales, you should be knowledgeable in the construction business, ideally within high end or luxury projects, and have a passion for delivering an exceptional service.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage a small team and ensure they are motivated and mentored to ensure targets are achieved
- You will be a key factor to the success of the customer service department when it comes to Customer Experience and will be required to drive a seamless and positive service, ensuring standards are met and procedures are followed
- Identify trends, opportunities and risks with new projects and sales
- Stay up to date with industry pricing and ensure regular sales forecasts are carried out
- Work in a cross functional capacity ensuring marketing, product and other areas of the business work in cohesion
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Establish KPI’s and goals for the Sales and Customer service teams and work closely with senior management in regards to results
- Previous experience in the luxury construction industry such as property development or internal products is desirable
- You should be driven and motivated to ensure positive team culture, whilst having strong leadership skills to train teams
- The ability to plan ahead and have a clear focus for the team and new projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Salesforce experience – desirable
