Responsibilities
- Meet with institutional clients as a point of contact, taking full ownership for ensuring that they are managed effectively with proactive outreach.
- Manage 1 direct report.
- Work with the team to create generate bespoke investor materials in order to develop relationships with institutional clients.
- Create and maintain marketing collateral to support business objectives.
- Manage the response to RFPs in conjunction with other internal teams.
- Proactively manage the CRM system, ensuring it is kept up to date and assist with furthering its development.
- Manage ad-hoc client queries, making sure they are dealt with efficiently and promptly.
- Help with the organisation of internally and externally organised investor events.
- Collaborate with other senior stakeholders within the business.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a similar Investor Relations role within asset management.
- Working knowledge of fixed income is required.
- Prior management experience is preferred.
- Ability to communicate with institutional clients and lead on meetings.
- CRM system experience (e.g. Seismic, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
