Location: Remote working with 1 day per week onsite (Warwickshire)
Duration: Initial 6 months
Rate: £700 - £900 per day (Inside IR35)
An accomplished Application Development Manager/Head of is required our by leading Financial Services client in the Midlands, to manage elements of their Corporate Core Applications delivery to support Business strategies.
You will lead the client, 3rd Party Offshore teams and IT services, delivering to agreed SLAs, KPIs and Business objectives.
Stakeholder and team management is key to the success of this role, along with a drive to deliver service excellence whilst operating in a controlled and regulated Financial Services environment.
Experience required -
In-depth knowledge and experience of leading and managing significant Change Programmes.
Experience of successful stakeholder management at senior or board level, with the ability to influence others and a proven track record of operating effectively in a complex organisation.
Has demonstrable experience of budget management together with excellent commercial awareness and business acumen.
Proven track record that demonstrates analytical and strategic thinking.
Strong experience of successfully managing vendor performance and relationships as well as developing new strategic relationships.
Significant experience of successfully establishing and transitioning IT application services and embedding process.
Demonstrable experience of People and Process change.
A proven track record of talent management, including developing, and coaching others.
A passion for developing highly engaged, performing teams and inspiring & leading people through transformational journeys.
