As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote services across diverse practice areas. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a small but growing team of Marketing professionals and collaborate closely with partners and department heads to create individualised marketing plans that align with business objectives.
You will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing strategic marketing plans, tailored to different divisions within the business.
• Leading the marketing team in implementing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and driving client engagement.
• Collaborating with partners and department head to identify marketing opportunities and supporting business development efforts.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the firm remains competitive in the marketplace.

Skills and qualifications required for the role:

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role within the legal industry
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to develop creative marketing strategies.
• Experience planning and running legal sector events
