As theHead of Marketing & Communications, you'll play a pivotal role in influencing public perception and building lasting connections with our diverse customer base.
The role will have both strategic and operational responsibility for developing and executing comprehensive Marketing and communication plans. You will safeguard the integrity of our brand, culture, and values, ensuring a consistent and compliant approach in all customer interactions. Your role is not just about communication – it's about creating a lasting impact on our customer outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Establish and drive a multi-channel customer communication strategy.
- Prepare and manage all communications material.
- Own the voice of customer and brand voice.
- Lead a team of communication, marketing, and copy design professionals.
- Develop contacts with media members, influencers, and community leaders.
- Assist in the creation of digital, video, audio, and print content.
- Evaluate and optimize the end-to-end customer journey through effective collaboration with multifunctional teams and external agencies.
