This position assumes overall responsibility for developing the marketing and fundraising strategy and delivery through the team and external agencies.

Your day as a Head of Fundraising and Marketing would include:

• A strong focus on driving marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and engagement

• Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns with responsibility for devising strategies and initiatives, creating briefs and impactful communications to both internal and external networks and stakeholders
• Conceptualise, develop and implement marketing and fundraising plans, strategies and campaigns
• Maximise opportunities, working at a fast, operational pace with rapidly changing priorities
• Manage and motivate a team enthusiastic to deliver marketing and fundraising activities, campaigns, and collaborations
• Ensure all relevant industry standards are met

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive marketing experience
• A wealth of fundraising knowledge
• Proven track record of managing high performing teams
• Degree (preferred)
