Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen market presence.
- Develop the marketing strategy for both UK and international markets.
- Manage a marketing team of 3.
- Conduct market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements.
- Coordinate with other department heads to align strategies and achieve business goals.
- Evaluate marketing campaign's effectiveness and report on key outcomes.
- Guide the marketing team, driving performance and fostering a positive and creative work environment.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-efficiency.
- Represent the company at industry events and public meetings.
Profile
A successful Head of Marketing - Saas, should have:
- Experience working within the Saas industry is essential.
- Team management experience is essential.
- Experience working on international and UK campaigns.
- Ability to demonstrate examples of working with direct customers, and re-sellers.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 is ideal, but not essential.
- Strong understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with a customer-centric approach.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
Job Offer
