An established Head of Marketing needed ASAP for High Wycombe based health charity, 1 day per week in the office.
THE COMPANY
This charity has been supporting sufferers and their families with specific dietary needs for over 50 years, helping to fund research and provide guidance to its members and retail partners.
THE ROLE
The Head of Marketing role reporting into the Director of Marketing and Digital will manage a team of 4, leading and delivering across a wide range of channels including on the digital side, website, Email, app, social media and offline on events, PR and magazines.
Currently a new brand proposition is underway along with a web refresh, involving working with external agencies and the internal directorates to create consistent and engaging content for all areas.
YOU
The Head of Marketing role will need to have the following key experience:
- More than 10 years Marketing and Comms experience which includes managing a team for 3 years min. You will be a clear team player
- Excellent stakeholder abilities - calm, confident, persuasive and positive both written and verbally
- Digital skills to successfully oversee/ manage CRM systems, Email marketing tools and social media platforms
- Ability to manage complex projects and their budgets at pace
- Excellent writing skills across multiple audiences - B2B and B2C and all channels
NB YOU WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO COMMUTE ONCE A WEEK TO HP12
