Head of Membership Sales -Luxury Exclusive Health Club London West End

We are looking for a Head of Membership Sales for a stunning Exclusive Luxury Health and Fitness Club in Central London. With the company opening more clubs in 2024 this is fantastic platform to impress with a view to taking on a multi-site/pre-sales role down the line.
Role:
- Manage, coach and inspire two membership Sales Consultants.
- Lead by example selling 20% of the monthly new joiner targets.
- Work with the senior team to devise and deliver in reach and outreach campaigns and events to generate new leads.
- Business develop the local business community, building relationships and partnerships with business leaders.
- Collaborate with and support other departments to make the club a success.
- Support with growing the wider business.
The person
- Immaculately presented with outstanding communication and negotiating skills.
- Experience in selling premium/luxury health and fitness club membership to high-net-worth individuals.
- Experience in leading and coaching Membership Sales consultants possibly as a Sales Manager, Senior Sales, Head of Membership or Business Development Manager.
- Live within commuting distance of Central London.
- Flexible to work a range of hours including one evening a week and one weekend a month.
