Fitness Studio - Assistant Manager (Sales/Membership Experience)

After a successful first 2 years, the F45 Finsbury Park studio is expanding the management team

If you have **sales/marketing experience, a strong interest in gym/fitness and are a people person**, this could be YOU!

This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the owner, taking pride and enjoyment in seeing the studio through its coming year and beyond.

She is looking to add to a strong team, passionate about delivering a high quality service for the local community in Finsbury Park and surrounding areas.

Prior F45 experience is not required, however a fitness certification(s) is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales:

• Call new enquiries & convert them to trial (earning commission pay)
• Call/approach triallers to convert them to a member

Social Media:

• Plan and deliver against a social media content calendar
• Create short social posts, reels and stories, using current trends
• Create engaging posts including reels to showcase the studio, including member achievements and studio activities

Retention:

• Welcome new and existing members into the studio and build rapport
• Attend social activities & help deliver in-studio challenges
• Assist management with other membership retention activities

ARE YOU/DO YOU HAVE:

• Sales experience - in a fitness environment, or a keen personal interest in fitness
• L2/L3 PT cert is helpful
• Passionate about helping others with their health/wellbeing through fitness
• Able to deliver high-level customer service every single day
• Experience making static and moving content on social media
• Experience using Canva or similar content creation software
• Willing to work flexible hours
• Eager to be actively involved in growing the business
• Self-motivated, driven and willing to learn and work as part of our team

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £27,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
