AddressResponsibilities:
- Provide hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling hair
- Perform hair treatments such as deep conditioning and scalp massages
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Perform eyelash extensions and makeup application upon client request
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Mentor junior stylists and assist with their professional development
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
Requirements:
- Valid cosmetology license
- Proven experience in hair styling, including barbering techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Knowledge of front desk operations and store management is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and creativity in hairstyling techniques
