SalaryOur local Building and Fitout/Refurbishment client is looking to recruit an experienced business generator to help take them to the next level of turnover.
They currently deliver both domestic and commercial contracts ranging in value from £50K to £500K and are seeking to primarily secure more commercial biased Fitout and Refurbishment work that will lead to long term opportunities.
The position would suit somebody who has an excellent network of architects to work with along with contacts with main contractors and clients to generate a varied element of primary contract and sub-contract work in the Nottinghamshire and Midlands region.
To be successful it is expected your duties would include;
- Attending local Networking Events
- Working closely with local Architects to secure tender opportunities
- Gain access to tender lists with larger contractors to secure works packages
- Create a Social Media/LinkedIn presence for the business
- Where appropriate pricing packages
The position will initially be on a 3 month temporary contract with a view to becoming permanent subject to performance.
