Business Development Manager – Bespoke Packaging
Field based – Regular visits to Nottingham based office
Up to £50,000 DOE + Car + Package
 
Our well-established marketing services client is looking for a Business Development Manager who has worked and understands packaging. Specialising in the health and beauty, personal care, retail and consumer goods sectors, they create completely bespoke packaging solutions designed for the unique needs of their clients.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and target audiences, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base.
The Role:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the bespoke packaging industry
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while supporting key stakeholders
- Implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative packaging solutions
- Prepare and deliver client proposals and presentations
- Stay abreast of industry developments, regulations, and best practices.

The Candidate:

- Proven experience in a Business Development or sales role within the packaging industry
- Strong understanding of packaging materials, processes and technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Full driving licence with willingness to travel where required.
