Job Title:  Head of Operations
Location: Stansted, with travel to South East offices
Salary:  £65,000 - £75,000 pa 
 
Our client is a forward-thinking business with an exceptional reputation, based in Stansted, who are looking for a Head of Operations to join their success management team.
 
As the Head of Operations, you will be the driving force behind our business's operational excellence. You will be responsible for managing all operational activities and reporting directly to the Board.  You will need to be a dynamic leader who can drive efficiency, embrace change, and uphold our client's  high standards of customer care and be a part of the company's future growth.
 
The role of Head of Operations:

• Collaborate with senior staff on strategic planning and execution.
• Ensure operational processes and best practices are followed across all offices.
• Implement new technologies to enhance efficiency.
• Analyse and optimise office expenditure budgets and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and licencing requirements.
• Lead and motivate your operations and office teams
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment.
• Drive positive change within the business
• Manage the growth of the team

To be considered for the role of Head of Operations:

• Proven experience in people management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Degree qualification preferred but not mandatory.
• Senior-level experience in a service industry
• Excellent technical skills
• Experience in a similar role for 3-5 years
• Experience of communicating at Board level
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• An effective delegator

The package for the role of Head of Operations:

• Basic salary:   £65,000 - £75,000 pa
