A Global Insurer requires an experienced Head of Operations or Operations Director on an interim basis.
You will be required to take oversight of the wider Operations team, track and report team activity to senior stakeholders, attend market meetings, engage with the 3rd party audit company on audit, risk and compliance issues and also work closely with a number of other outsource partners.
The role requires an individual who has experience of working in the Lloyds market, up to date with current market changes and projects taking place including Blue Print 2 and also be available at short notice due to the contract nature of the role.
