Job Title              Head of Operations – Large Scale Venue

Salary:                £75,000 - £85,000 + Bonus

Location:            Hampshire

I’m pleased to be working with a fantastic large-Scale Venue in Hampshire, who are on the hunt for a Head of Operations to join their dynamic team.
The Head of Operations must be a real all-rounder, we are looking for someone with experience in delivering live events, excellent understanding of health and safety and venue management, and a passion for outstanding guest experience!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, direct and manage the operations teams
• Overseeing all aspects of event delivery
• Continuous improvement of customer service, processes, standards, and event delivery
• Work with external vendors and suppliers and oversee procurement process
• Accountability for Health & Safety and compliance for all employees and visitors on site
• Responsibility for managing budgets and contributing to revenue targets
• Generate ideas for future development

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in operational delivery of live events
• Proven track record of leading, managing and developing large teams
• Experience working in large-scale and complex venue
• Financially astute
• H&S management and control within a large site
• Adaptable and able to work well under pressure
• Innovative and across all current market trends
