Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement initiatives to optimise performance and achieve objectives across the employability and skills sector.
- Lead the development of plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with goals and trends in the sector.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and automation to streamline operations and drive savings in the employability, justice and skills sector.
- Establish quality standards and performance metrics to deliver high-quality services to clients in the Employability sector.
- Provide leadership and direction to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning across the employability, and skills sectors.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Evaluate and implement tech solutions to enhance efficiency and reporting capabilities across their funded provision.
- Analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and data to track progress and make data-driven decisions across Employability, justice and skills sector.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a senior operations role within the employability, or skills sectors.
- A successful track record of driving operational excellence and delivering results.
- Finance and budget management skills, with the ability to optimise resources and drive cost efficiencies in the employability, and skills sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the employability, and skills sectors in the UK.
- Experience with project management in the employability, and skills sector.
- Stakeholder management, negotiations and strong communication skills at all levels within the employability and skills sector.
- Strong leadership and management skills within the employability, and skills sector.
