We are looking to hire a Supported Accommodation Manager. The company offers safe, supportive environments for 16+ unaccompanied asylum seekers, homeless youths, and care leavers. The facilities include mainly flats (24 hour) and a Hub, operating from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Supported Accommodation Requirements
- Diploma Level 3/4 in Children, Young People, and Families Practitioner.
- Willingness to undertake Level 5 in Children, Young People, and Families Manager.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in children’s social care or Supported Accommodation.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, legislation, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Flexibility to work on a shift basis.
Supported Accommodation Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day operations of the Supported Accommodation.
- Leading and motivating a diverse team.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safeguarding standards.
- Building positive relationships with staff, young people, families, and external stakeholders.
- Managing priorities, meeting deadlines, and handling multiple responsibilities effectively.
