Head of Partnerships & Philanthropy

Prospectus is delighted to be supporting our client, a countryside charity in the search for a Head of Partnerships & Philanthropy. Our client is a campaigning organisation that believes in having accessible countryside and green spaces for all. Our client supports the protection and regeneration of countryside spaces rich in nature and believe this plays a crucial role in responding to the climate emergency. With a local representative in every county in England, they are passionate about supporting communities and creating better places for everyone to enjoy.
   

The Head of Partnerships & Philanthropy will sit on the Management Team at our client and be responsible for delivering funding through corporate partners, trusts and foundations, and high net worth individuals. This role will create high value fundraising strategy and build upon existing relationships, as well as developing new donor relationships. With a particular focus on corporate partnerships, this role will develop engaging propositions and pitch to new corporate partners to secure six figure and multiyear relationships. It will also oversee a team to ensure the delivery of high value fundraising strategic objectives.
   

The successful candidate will be able to evidence strong experience in securing income through corporate partnership fundraising, as well as knowledge of philanthropy fundraising. They will have proven experience of growing income from high value income streams and setting fundraising budgets. They will ideally have previous line management experience and be confident building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. They will also need to have a passion for the work of our client.

This is a permanent position with hybrid working of 2 days per week in their London offices.
