Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a National Charity to support them in their recruitment for a Head of People.
This is a newly created role that will lead a small people function and will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing the people strategy, with a strong emphasis on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.
Salary is up to £55,000 + benefits, remote working is offered with occasional travel to Bristol and London.
As the Head of People, you will oversee the management of the full employee life cycle, ensuring a professional, responsive and customer focused service. This will include looking at all policy, procedures, continuous improvement, and process improvement with a focus on equity and inclusion as well as change management, HR projects, OD work and dealing with all complex Employee Relation case work. This is a blended role of HR Operations and Strategic HR and will line manage a team of two direct reports.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience.
* Proven experience of working in a senior HR generalist role preferably within the not for profit or charity sector
* Highly skilled in developing and implementing EDI initiatives and strategies.
* Forward thinking and commercial leader with the ability to motivate and engage remote workers
* Proven experience in leading large scale organisational change programmes
* Ability to make high level decisions using various HR data and metrics.
* Experience of working in a culturally diverse organisation
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
