Service Receptionist

My client, a well established a respected company within the local community, are looking to recruit a diligent Receptionist for their busy service department.
The role purpose will be to be first point of contact for customers with enquiries and to assist the busy team with basic administration duties.
Duties will include but not be limited to;
* Assist with Service booking and enquiries.
* Monitor work in progress, consulting with team members and customers to ensure vehicles are completed efficiently.
* Organise and support customer vehicle collections and handovers.
* Ensure that relevant documentation
* Assist with customers queries
* Data updates on the in house database
* Provide the best possible levels of customer service
Hours: Monday - Friday - 08:30 - 17:00
This is a temporary position but could lead to permanent possibilities for the right candidate.
