Head Of Pricing & Data Science

An international insurtech specialising in Gig-economy motor insurance are looking for an experienced GI pricing professional to lead the Pricing & Data Science function.
Having recently completed their B funding, they have exciting plans to continue grow their portfolio and product lines and expand to new territories in the future. UK/Europe GWP approx. £80mn and US is approx. $100mn.
Significant motor pricing experience is essential as you will be the leading a team and setting the future strategy.  In addition, you will need to have the following technical skills:

• Knowledge of Pricing models such as GLMs, gradient boosting models and other machine learning algorithms
• Have experience understanding loss ratio profitability
• Management experience
