Our client, a leading law firm in Birmingham city centre, is looking to appoint a Head of Private Client into their highly regarded team.
The firm has carved out a solid reputation throughout both Birmingham and Solihull and has a strong client base which has been built on quality of service. The firm is on a growth trajectory and is looking to appoint a skilful Solicitor to not only lead the current department but to shape their continued growth too.
You will lead a team of 3 initially and partake in both marketing and BD initiatives with the view of growing out the department as the workload gradually increases.
There is direct route to Partnership with this position and the right candidate should be motivated to achieve the same.
 

• Competitive salary c. £55,000 +

The team covers all Private Client matters including:

• Making a Will
• Probate & Estate Administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA)
• Court of Protection
• Trusts
• Estate & Inheritance Tax Planning

The ideal candidate for this role will:

• Have 4 + years PQE
• Leadership experience or an appetite to gain the same
• An appetite to reach Partner level
• Strong competence across Private Client matters
• A willingness to grow both the client base and team
