SalaryDove & Hawk have partnered with an Independent Real Estate Consultancy that are based in Prime Central London (Chelsea). They are looking for a highly experienced Team Leader to move into the Head of Property Management role to oversee the team of 3 Property Managers and a high value portfolio of 180 Prime Central London properties. The right person for this role will be confident in implementing processes and fostering excellent relationships with Landlords and Tenants in a Premium Property market.
Duties/Functions of the Role:
- Overseeing the selection, development, and implementation of all operational policies and procedures within the department.
- Ensuring that properties are adequately maintained and managed.
- Ensuring that all tenants receive high levels of customer service.
- Ensure the preservation and enhancement of asset values.
- Managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Leading the and managing a team of 3 ensuring harmony among the team and other departments.
- Developing strong relationships with Landlords in order to improve communication and service levels.
Requirements of the Role:
- At least 5+ years experience managing Property Portfolios within the London Market.
- Strong knowledge of UK Property Management laws and regulations.
- ARLA Qualification is essential for this role.
- Proven experience in managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently, with excellent attention to detail.
Salary Budgets: £45,000pa
Required working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-:5:30pm
