Head of Property Management (BTR/SFH)

Salary: Up to £95,000 + Discretionary Bonus

The Role

This position, focused on southern England, will oversee both current and future developments. The role is based across two offices (in London and just outside London) and requires regular travel to various sites.

The Company

Our client, one of the UK's leading single-family housing companies specialising in new-build rental homes, is seeking a Head of Property Management to join their expanding team. With robust financial backing and ambitious growth plans, this role is poised to expand significantly in the coming years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and productivity of the department.

• Manage annual property budgets, ensuring financial objectives are achieved.

• Ensure all properties adhere to established quality and safety standards.

• Enforce compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

• Provide timely performance reports and address concerns and requests promptly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in Build to Rent (BTR)/Single Family Homes (SFH) or related sectors (essential).

• ARLA or TPI qualification (essential).

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• A dynamic, driven personality with a strong passion for the industry.

• Strong experience in managing team members.
