You'll play a key role in enhancing existing initiatives such as Plant a Tree, while leveraging your expertise and collaborative spirit to foster innovation alongside colleagues in Membership, Marketing & Communications, and broaden the Trust's reach to new demographics.

Your focus will be on enhancing supporter experiences and fundraising efforts across the organisation, fostering strong internal partnerships, particularly with the Marketing and Communications teams. Your responsibilities will include supporting the team in executing current plans, as well as identifying and developing growth opportunities in Legacy Development, Regular Giving, and a major fundraising campaign. As the strategic lead for Public Fundraising, you will drive strategy and performance in Fundraising, Growing Support, and other relevant areas within the National Trust.

  • Results orientated with a real drive and passion for delivering results in a growing area.
